The following is a short, recommended format for all of our RP threads.
Subject: Name your RP [INCLUDE ANY LABELS IN CAPS]
Time: What time of day is it?
Weather: What is the weather doing?
Participants: Who is involved? If [OPEN], the player who began the thread should update this list as the RP goes on. If [CLOSED] or [PRIVATE] there is no need to update the list. Make sure all involved characters are listed.
Picture: This isn't required, but if you have a good landscape picture to go along with your thread, feel free to embed the image. Try not to stretch the board's width too much with this!
