Taking a look at some of the linked back sites that we have at the moment, Stranglehold had something that caught my eye.

Character of the month.

A little spotlight on someone once a month. That's such a cute and wonderful idea. I'd like to do that when (not if) we get more popular <3 Thoughts on that, maybe? Also, there were some suggestions about skinning that Kunto had brought up, and while I've already skinned Mnara to the them that we have right now, I could do some more research to see how to add additional features if anyone wanted them.

The one thing that I don't want to see, actually, is a chat box. We're a forum, so, we should do forum posts <3 Anyway, I'm going to keep poking around, but let me know if there's anything specific that you'd like to see.

I figured out how to add sidebars, btw. There's an entire part of the support forum dedicated to adding code for stuff like that.

My only comments would be:

Character of the Month - So long as it doesn't turn into a popularity contest. Especially as we get bigger. x_o;

New forum skin - So long as it's not too busy. I've absolutely hated some of the ones I've seen on other forums because there is just too much /junk/ crowding the page, making it hard to read because you don't even know where to look first. I like our current one. Nice and simple and not overloading you with anything... though a sidebar or something with application rules and the like wouldn't be bad.

I second some of the junk and clutter I've seen. Some things were just ridiculous, but the idea of a sidebar is something to ponder.
