Name: Thulile
Meaning: "is quiet" in Zulu
Linage: Ikenna x Nakato: Jelane, Wasswa, Amadi, Nia
Species: African Lion
Gender: Female
Age: Juvenile
Personality/Traits: In typical youngest sibling fashion, Lile is THE one. She is always following around her older brothers and sister, much to their displeasure. When she's not in her siblings' fur, or being with her parents or annoying the other pride members, she can be found being up to no good exploring her surroundings on her own, which is to say is what she can usually be found doing.
History: Her history is currently being developed. How much history can a juvenile have at this age? She is known for being the one to always be looking for trouble and she usually can find it.
Description: Large, exotic eyes are the most noticeable feature of this young leonine child, a glorious mix of amber and gold that one would only imagine a god could create. Her soft, rounded ears are perfectly set on each side of her head, the insides of each ear colored a soft tan shade. Her rose-hued nose twitches cutely as she gives one of her best smiles. Her body is covered in a tawny honeyed gold, flowing over her small frame in a pelt which seems a few sizes too large, though it is obvious she will grow into it. Tiny rosettes of darkened brown still dot her hindquarters, this same color being found on the ragged tuft of fur which tips her ever-swaying tail.
Her seemingly innocent looks hide much, given away only by her expression, which whether caught in the throes of a dream, or during play, is one of pure mischief, accented by the mocha-brown brows which seem to constantly betray her thoughts by giving away her emotions. Small ebony lips twist in a broad grin which seem permanently etched upon her visage, indicating that this youth has yet to learn the meaning of grief or sorrow. A natural beauty is what she shall become, obvious despite the stocky layer of cub hood fat which still clings to her body wherever it can, should she live to full maturity.
Post Sample: A gentle, warm breeze dances through the African morning, tousling a few blades of green grass. Its presence is known by the way it whispers through the leaves, crashes against the rocks, and stirs slight cyclones in the dirt. This is what attracted the young girl from the grasshopper she had been 'playing' with. Lile's bright amber eyes widen as she appears to be fascinated by the gentle swirling dirt the wind caused. Slowly, she begins to creep up on the nearest one. Just as she starts, another whirling pile of dirt comes up behind her and soon the cub is coughing and sneezing.
Shaking her head, the dirt that had settled on top flying off, Lile glances around, wondering what had happened. The breeze, which had caused the cyclones had died back down, leaving the young feline totally confused. Plopping down upon her haunches, she scans the area a few times. No wind. No swirling dirt. Nothing. Letting out a soft sigh, she ponders what to do now that all her fun was over and begins to rise up to her paws in search of her brothers or sister to annoy, heading off into the grasses and disappearing from view.
